Versatile micromanipulator

A coarse movement unit with a long working range is attached to the Z-axis, while units for fine movement adjustment are mounted on each axis. The Z-axis fine movement unit has a sliding mechanism, which enables approximate positioning of the X-axis. A rotation mechanism is equipped for each of the X-Y, X-Z and Y-Z planes, which allows approach from any required tilting angle.
